Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Bending Fingers With History Of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Hi, it really is only slight,and off and on. I had Carpal Tunnel in both wrists 10 yrs ago. WHEN MY WRISTS bend at night, i have trouble straightening my fingers and they are painful. Once the relax they re OK. is this something that can be treated? I hope so. I have tried wearing a wrist brace. That does help., but what else can I do?
