Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Breathing And Blood Circulation Problems

I gave birth to my daughter 10 years ago and during that time I ended up with two swollen and senstive ribs underneath my boobs. Since that time I have breathing problems and blood circulation issues and problems exercising. Could this be linked to this rib issue? I have excellent health insurance. should i be worried?
