Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Breathing Through Right Nostril

Hi I think I have a polyp in my right nostril. It obstructs my breathing. I had my daughter 2.5 years ago and since then the problem has become worse. These days I can hardly breath from my right nostril. It always seems to be blocked. What can I do about this problem? Thanks for your advice.
