Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Breathing When Suffering From Swollen Turbinates

I have had swollen turbinates for the last 8 years. For the first 4 years I could perform a sinus wash and the symptoms of headache, pressure behind my nose, etc. would disappear. Year 5 to present the sinus wash does not work anymore. I have had a allergy test, negative. CT scans show congestion. I have had sinus surgery, no luck. I have taken a variety of over the counter medicines for allergies and congestion, negative. I have taken countless prescribed medications, including antibiotics, and all the nasal sprays that are on the market. I am 43 years of age. Symptoms include stiff neck everyday. Mild headache (worst time of day is between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm). Difficulty breathing through my nose. Even at age 43, could I have enlarged adenoids? I would have thought my ENT would have noticed something like that during the sinus surgery, though. I m out of ideas and my quality of life has diminished. I rate a 7 out of 10 in how I feel on a daily basis. thank you
