Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Retracting Foreskin On Penis

doctor my penis is large and thick and my age is 24 i dont able to masturabate like others i dont remove the skin in the penis just press it hardly because of not knowing anything upto a age
now the skin is not able to removeon one side i scared about it
what is the solution
where i can rectify or get a solution for this
