Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Retraction Of Foreskin

I have a question... Recently when I been cleaning my penis, the top of penis get stuck to my skin... I'm not circumcised! So what I do to get it in stick is take a hot bath make the warm water soak my penis then I'm able to push it back slowly , what can I do to make this stop happening
