Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Passing Stool When Suffering From Blocked Intestine

i have had a blockagd intestin for about 6 mo. i can go but i get very sick .i can have diareah and i still ant have a movement. so i know its not constipation, i went to the e.r. and they gave me a fleet enima after i explained that i wasnt constipated...for most of the last 6 mo. i didnt even have the strength to push because my heart couldnt take very much. i could feel something pulling at my shoulder through the first 4 mo.i thought i would die from heart failr.. i have been able to hve movements every day for the last 2 weeks and i think i am finaly better. i still feel like i am sick. i cant do the things i once did because i feel like im losing my strenght even after recovering the ability to go #2. i havnt been getting any stronger. i cant get my dr. to take my condition serious enough to get an answer for my condition. i am able to do the do but i havnt gotten better as far as strenghth i am fully convinced that i have been fighting a losing battle.i have been hitting ded end streets when i try to get any answers.
