Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Swallowing Along With Severe Ear Pain

My right side of neck towards my ear was pressed against really hard by accident. I now am experiencing difficulty swallowing and severe ear pain like it s clogged and swollen. Feels like I have a really bad earache and very sore throat. What can I do to help the pain on the right side?
