Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Urinating

Holep had reverse effect on me. I am on barely able to pee. Should I consider second catherter to maybe help jump start bladder? If so, should it be legg catherter or self catherter. Due to years of Trenton, bladder became quite distended. The bladder is under active & weak/flaccid. Is there a reasonable chance using cath for awhile or self catching temporary make help jump start the bladder? Thanks, Bamaboy
