Suggest Treatment For Difficulty Walking

Fell today at work while my foot got caught in a coworkers purse handle shabbily pushed under our check out counter. Fell hard on my hip and hand. Trouble walking with right leg and driving home from work. Have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands. Right thumb is bruised. Grateful that I did not hit my head. My trouble is walking and driving with my right leg. Should I take two aspirins and go to bed or get exrays. I am 63 years and on disability. Work at my friends shop part time.
