Suggest Treatment For Diffuse Idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis

Other than physical therapy and pain management is there any other research facilities that is addressing treatment of DISH. My wife has been diagnosed with DISH and is in constant pain. Medication are not helping the pain. She is now seeking alternative medicine or treatments.
