Suggest Treatment For Dilated Coronary Arteries And Kawasaki Diseas

Dear Doc, my 3 yr baby diagnosed with Kawasaki is having dilations in her coronary arteries and the treating cardiologist has hinted that the recovery chances are very high. Still her ESR is not under control. I would request you to please suggest us on which are the ideal foods we can give her and the ones we need to avoid at this point of time.
