Suggest Treatment For Dime Sized Red Spots On Thighs

Hi Dr. I have three small dime sized 'spots' that are red and seem flaky. The first spot appeard on my inner thigh about a month ago. Now I noticed a spot three days ago on the underside of my upper arm. This morning I noticed another spot near the original spot on my inner thigh. I also have a dry patch of skin on my right breast. What could this possibly be? I am married, 26, and my husband has been my only sexual partner.
