Suggest Treatment For Diplopia

Hello Doctors , i have an eye problem ( congenital ) in my right eye lazy eye i guess that s what it s called and a squint in the same eye . guess doctors call it diplopia . i was asking if there is any treatment for my right eye or at least make it look better than now. also any new treatment or modern solution for conditions like mine ? thanks for reading this
