L4-L5: There is a moderate right central disc protrusion causing indentation of the ventral aspect of the thecal sac. There is no spinal stenosis. There is mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and mild facet DJD. There is mild bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing in the far lateral aspect. L5-S1: There is DDD and a posterior and right-sided broad-based disc herniation which partially fills the right lateral recess, without overall spinal stenosis. There is severe bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing. There is mild ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and mild facet DJD. This is a report from 2010. Fast forward to now: Having trouble turning my neck left and right, tingling in hands, tingling nerve from knee to right foot down front of tibia....left hip groin pain , left foot pain, left shoulder pain, right elbow (more towards the inside of my arm feels like I got a bruise somehow but there is no bruise and I haven t injured it recently)
