Suggest Treatment For Discoloration Around Mouth Nose And Eyes

sir, My name is madhuri, from hyderabad,4 years back i got black scaling on my palms,lega and black shade around eyes,noce ans mouth and i was told to use propisalic NF and derma dew cream.Generally it happens more during winter times.Initially sacling on both palms,legs gone and black shade on the face also reduced greately.After some time i stopped using propysalic NF and derma dew both.Now a days during winter little itching on palms with black shade and black shade on both the sides of eyes,noce and mouth.Kindly suggest me the solution for the problem.My face looks clear and bright but round the eyes,sides of noce and round the mouth black shade appears and it looks odd.Looking for your valuable suggestion...Thanks & Regards Madhuri
