Suggest Treatment For Discolored Semen And Penile Pain While Suffering From Jaundice

Hi, i suffering with jaudice for 5-6 weeks but still under treatment ...my urine is now quit light in color camper to the time start my treatment...and also feeling much better now .but last day i notice that im discoloured semen yellowish & slightly thicker and normal and feel a bit of pain at ejaculate point...as i said i m still under treatment so should i stop masterbation still the time i m completely cure... please suggest
