Suggest Treatment For Discomfort Feeling Under Left Breast And Nausea

For the last few days I ve had an uncomfortable indigestion feeling under my left breast and I ve been extremely tired. Yesterday nausea also accompanied this. I had an Echo last week but do not know the results yet. Do u think this is just indigestion or symptoms of heart issues? Thank you Eileen
