Suggest Treatment For Discomfort In Upper Right Abdomen Along With Swelling

I have some discomfort in the upper right abdomen. Sometimes there is a slight bulging and quickening movement like when pregnant. However, I know pregnancy isn t the problem, but it is the only way I can describe the feeling. I am a 68 year old female who had open heart surgery in 2010. Should I be concerned about this discomfort?
