Suggest Treatment For Disorientation Caused After A Paralytic Attack

My mom had an attack and her left side was paralysed. It was just 9 days by the grace of GOD she start speaking and recognising every one after 4 days she is still a bit disorient sometimes. Her body(left side) has no movement at all. kindly guide me through this that what measures we have to take for betterment.
