Suggest Treatment For Divated Septum And Inflammation In Nose

I have been instructed to mix saline solution with Pulmicort nebuamp In a netti pot use it twice a day.I have a divated septum and some inflammation in my nose. I am worried because I have the start of cateracts and read there is risk. I am told to use it for 3 months. Too long I think. Can you give me your opinion please.
