Suggest Treatment For Diverticulitis And Lumps Below Anus

Hi I was diagnosed with dirviticulitus at the age of 24 I m getting pain in my left side always needing the loo having jelly like stuff in my poo feeling sick and very tired I also have two lumps just below my anas that are about half a inch long but narrow can u give me some advice??
