Suggest Treatment For Dizzines Spells

My husband was under the deck and felt a weak spell coming on..little dizziness but very weak and thought he was going to pass out...about half hour later another spell came on and he vomited...now very tired and sleeping a lot ..what could this be ,,..no history of migranes...
