Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Drowsiness

I have this episode that happens and it causes me to have to go to bed for days and I am dizzy confused unstable on my feet. This happens after I start nodding off without meaning to and driving I can t stay on the road and fall asleep. My thinking is off and I feel very strange.
