Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headaches After Injury

about a year ago i was roller blading and was playing a game and i was accidentally tripped and i fell and my head bounced off the groud. i wasn't wearing a helmet. next thing i know i'm standing up and everyone is freaking out asking if i was ok. i was trying to be tough and so i said yah even tho i was dizzy and my head was pounding. i get frequent migraines and nothing helps it. i have tried tylenol, motrin, and some other stuff i don't remember the name of but nothing helps the pain. sometimes its owrse in the mornings sometimes its not but everytime i get a migraine it hurts more on the back left of my head andi think it might be from when i fell. it hurts so bad and i will get dizzy, light headed naushous and everything and its the worst pain ever. anytime anyone or anything hits me in the head no matter how hard or light it is i will get a migraine. i want it to stop and i would like to know what could be causing this horrible pain.
