Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Headaches

Have had sinus trouble for years including dizziness; pressure, headaches etc. Have been prescribed Apo Fluticasone 50MCG. Have had some side effects but overall have had good results when I need it. Recently my dizziness has got increasingly worse to the point of nearly passing out and seems to linger on longer sometimes hours before I begin to feel better. Any advice
