Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Loss Of Balance While Getting Up

I am a 63 yr old male, when i arose from bed this am i got a little dizzy and kinda lost my balance, it has happened a couple times this am when i have bent over and arose i am a insulin dependant diabetic (am glucose reading 170) i take meds for high blood pressure n( am reading 126/56) no new meds I do have 5 stents
