Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Nausea

I have a question about dizzy and faint spells that come out of nowhere and it all happens really quick. I also get a little trembly and blackout so i lower my self to the ground. then I'll get up and feel better and all the sudden it comes rigjt back and occurs again with nauseas. Could this be blood sugar or what may this be
