Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Nausea
The patient has had dizziness and nausea for 12 hrs. now. About an hour ago he vomited once and is having difficulty drinking liquids for fear of more vomiting. His blood pressure at 5:30 about one hour ago was 150/ 90, and his pulse was 66. He is a 72 year old male. Please advice. thank you.
