Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath

Hi I am on Warfarin 5mg and 3mg alternating days i am overweight but am very active I recently had a baby I have a resting pulse of between 60 and 70 never higher and good blood pressure occasionaly at night I get short of breath and dizzy but it passes it never lasts is this at all bad
