Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Tightness In Chest

My son has been complaining of dizziness, seeing purple spots wanting to pass out, chest tightness hurting, heartbeat is fast and cant breathe then he gets shaky. This has been on and off it scares him and me he is only 14 yrs old. Please help whats wrong with my son.
