Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Vertigo

My husband has been experiencing dizziness and vertigo when bending over the last month or so. He used to be a heavy smoker and constantly has a productive cough. Recently, some of sputum has blood in it. He s also experienced several bouts of nausea and vomiting with loss of appetite in the last month or so. He has no previously diagnosed health issues. He has also experienced episodes where he is having cold sweats or just chills and no fever present.
