Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Vomiting Episodes

My husband has had three episodes of dizziness. He is 38 years old, not on any medication except for reflux. He also had one episode of vomiting after the dizzy spell. His dizziness is not related to movement as it happened when he was lying in bed one time. He said he feels like he is in a fog. He also said that he has a heighten sense of sound that he has noticed like tuning into a zipper ing of a jacket etc. he went to the Dr and his blood pressure is normal. They took urine and blood and we are awaiting the results. What could this be?
