Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Nausea And Black Stool

2 weeks ago I had an ovarian cyst rupture. I was told there was blood in my stomach from it but would be fine in a few days. The past couple days I have been feeling a little dizzy and slightly nauseous and today had black/grey stool. Should I go in for this/what should I do?
