Suggest Treatment For Dizziness , Nausea And Dehydration

Hey I got out the shower and while I was getting ready for work I started feeling a dizzy I assumed I was dehydrated because I havent been drinking water lately I drove to work and now Im feeling a bit nauseas I dont want to go to a doctor if Im not ill I drank some more water and now the dizzyness and weakness went away but I have a lot of pressure behind my ears?
