Suggest Treatment For Dizziness & Vertigo

I m experiencing some wierd feeling in my head, like something moving inside. I also feel dizzy and immbalanced sometime with vertigo. It doesnt take place continuously but when the moving in my head starts i cant continue with my work and m forced to sleep. I have had a history of vertigo in the past but it does not spin as it used to before insted it is like "My brain is dashing with my skull". I m taking chlordiazepoxide which has reduced the symptoms considerably but the osscilating in my brain still persists and it becomes worst in the day time. Sometimes my previous spinning type vertigoes return but my Doctor told me not to take cinnarizine (which i used to take previously) with chlordiazepoxide. Is this true?? Can u please diagnose my disease and pls tell me some medicaton that i can take to relieve myself from this. Pls Help, on my further treatement. Thank You. P.S; I have performed a CT scan which was normal.
