Suggest Treatment For Dizziness, Vomiting And Nausea

Hi, I am in north Sumatra and when my husband woke this morning (5 hours ago) and opened his eyes everything was moving. Since then he has also been vomiting and is nauseous. The dizziness is not as bad now but still there. We are in a remote place (about 3 hours to the nearest hospital which we hear are not very good anyway). I know that there is dengue fever in this area. There is a doctor in the medical centre but he wont come to us and Alex feels he cant walk. I checked his temperature and its around 36.5. Also we were able to call a midwife to check his blood pressure. She said it is normal 180/20.I gave him 500mg aspirin. I know its difficult to advise but I would appreciate any you can give.
