Suggest Treatment For Dizziness When I Lay Down Or Get Up

I have had vertigo for over two weeks. I was see. Straight away by ambos and a dr who said it was viral and would be gone in three days. Getting s bit old now. I feel it especially when I lie down or get up or go in the car. I am using a Rollator to get around. YYYY@YYYY
