Suggest Treatment For Dizziness,fatigue And Nausea

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have had two spells of extreme dizziness this week. Similiar to when you drink excessive alcohol. I can also feel my pulse in my temples when I move suddenly. This dizziness was accompanied by nausea. Today the spell lasted about 5 minutes and since it happened I have been very fatigued.
