Suggest Treatment For Dizziness,weakness And Frequent Urination

Im female, 30. normally healthy, go to gym etc but have been feeling like passing water a lot, sore eyes, legs and arms, no energy, dizzy. Bloods ok. Awating diabetes blood results Feeling low mood as cant do anything without being tired. Have 4 yr old daughter. Help!
