Suggest Treatment For Dog Bite On Wrist

My wife was playing with our 10 week old silver lab puppy. She still has her sharp puppy teeth and managed to cause a small puncture on top my wife s right wrist. It immediately sole up to the size of a half a golf ball and has a bluish tint. Should this be treated like the other posts (cold compress and immobolization) or should I be more concerned? she said it is only cramping and is only limited in movement in one direction.
