Suggest Treatment For Dog Bite

I am in Thailand. I was on the back of a scooter when a dog came out of no where and bit my leg. We pulled over to look and found mark, no blood, just some of the dogs saliva where he made contact with me. I cleaned the area with a alcohol wipe within minutes. Is their reason to be concerned and look getting to a hospital/clinic for a rabies shot??? Kind Regards, Ryan
