Suggest Treatment For Draining Cyst On The Inner Thigh

Hello doctor, I m john in panama city Florida. I have a lump on my right side inner thy. Rite in the crease, I went to the e.r. several months ago when it came to my attention. I was seen by a p.a. and she said she thought it was a boil, she lanced it with no puss just some blood. It has yet to go away and at touch feels numb, and I am guessing the însision she made has yet to close. I have a small hole that, that leaks clear fluid regulary. It is really swollen under the skin, and has spread larger. My penis and testicals have started feeling numb to the touch in the last few weeks, as my inner rite thy. also it feels as the lump is under pressure when i sit uprite causing a great deal o pain.
