Suggest Treatment For Dry And Bleeding Nose

I have been having some dryness inside the right side of my nose which has in turn caused scabs that affect my breathing and when they come out my nose bleeds and is very tender. I've also been extremely more tired than usual I can barely get out of bed in the morning even though I'm getting anywhere between 7-9 hours of sleep a night and I've also been having a headache. Now I've had this headache going on 5 days, I've tried IBU 800mg, Tylenol 500mg, Excedrin Migraine and also Imitrex 25mg and nothing will releive it what would you suggest that I do. I'm also taking Zyrtec 10mg for my allergies.
