Suggest Treatment For Dry And Brittle Nails

Doctor, can you tell me what can I use on my nails that are soft, very dry, splitting and will not grow. I stop using the false nails six months ago. I am a heart and diabetes patient and I take lots of medication. Please help me. I am taking biotin everyday.
