Suggest Treatment For Dry And Discolored Skin

my 8 yrs old son had a skin asthma, now i am using the QV cream and little bit it works from dryness...but still the spotted color or the discoloration of white and brown still there...i feel pity on my son because children in the school making bully on him...please help me...
