Suggest Treatment For Dry And Flaky Spot On Lower Back

I have a small pink dry and slightly flakey spot not really raised on my lower neck, it seems a little better when I put sudocream on it regularly but never completely goes at the moment. Could it be something nasty? age 56. Height 5ft 6inches and nine and a half stone.
