Suggest Treatment For Dry And Itchy Vagina

My vaginal area is very itchy and dry and it stings and bleeds when i pee sometimes mostly in the front I am on birth control to help me have periods as I do not produce my own hormones due to a surgery I had in 1989 where they had to remove a craniopharioma brain tumor that was pressing on my pituitary and optic nerve. I am on full hormone replacements now and after 24 years of being tumor free I have been re diagnosed as of may 23 2013. I Have diabetes insipidibitus, panhypopitutiatuatuatuiauiariuiarism, severe ademea of my legs for the past three years,acquired brain injury from surgery and acid re flux.
