Suggest Treatment For Dry And Scaly Skin On Penis Head

Hi please can you help for 6 months I have been having irritation and stinging sensation in urethra
Symptoms have persisted but over last 2 months I've noticed my penis head becomes
Extremly dry and scaly when erect.
Iv had std checks and got given all clear
I'd appreciate any advice u can offer
