Suggest Treatment For Dry Cough And Headache

hi,

i started off with a sore throat last monday, which as a result i couldnt eat solids - this lasted a couple of days. This week ive started with a cough which is constant, mainly its dry but occasionally brings up mucas, its waking me up and giving me severe headaches. What would you recommend for me to do? Thanks
